Blessed Sacrament School is a proud member of the Parochial Athletic League, which features more than 50 Catholic and private schools from across Orange County. Our membership spans more than three decades and we remain committed to offering an extensive after-school sports program for our students in grades 4-8 to participate in, including: basketball, flag football, volleyball, and track and field. To ensure the safety of the students and everyone during the pandemic, Blessed Sacrament follows the Parochial Athletic League's Covid-19 guidelines.

The PAL Track Meet is a wonderful event and a great opportunity to expose our students to the diverse world of competitive athletics beyond the immediate surroundings of Blessed Sacrament School. Catholic and private schools from across Orange County participate in the annual event. Last year, we sent a team of more than 100 students to compete in a field of over 2000 of their peers! As always, it was a tremendously fun and memorable experience for everyone involved and our students represented BSS remarkably well, including being named the Small School Champion for the event's junior high division.
Our parents are strongly encouraged to consider enrolling their children to participate. They will gain immeasurably from the experience. Entry forms must be turned in to the school office by Tuesday, April 8. After-school practices will begin the following week.
